Morland Hall is set amidst ancient woodland in the beautiful Eden Valley, consisting of three very well appointed holiday cottage properties which are all ETC 5 Star Rated for both their comfort and facilities.

The large and elegant Coach House is an outstanding property & is located further up the driveway from the other 2 cottages on the estate Torbock and Shorrock. All three cottages share an outdoor heated swimming pool with adjacent Gym and can be combined to cater for larger groups.

The Coach House boasts a very spacious and light beamed living room with open fire, wooden floor, French doors leading out to the swimming pool and private garden. Spacious dining room, modern well equipped kitchen with step entrance leading to the breakfast room.
Access from kitchen and courtyard to split level suite comprising of sitting-room with sofa-bed (for +2), bathroom/W.C. with over bath shower, stairs to galleried double bedroom. Two cloakroom/W.C.s.

First floor: Double bedroom with 5ft bed and en-suite bathroom/W.C. with over bath shower.
Two twin-bedded rooms, each with en-suite bathroom/W.C. with over-bath shower. Pull out bed (for + 1) on request from owner Small pond in garden (toddlers beware!). Easy walking access (step to entrance).

The market town of Appleby is 8 miles away and is famous for it`s annual Horse Fair which attracts thousands of visitors over the weekend and has been held since 1750, Appleby Castle is also a visitor favourite and is naturally protected on 3 sides by the river Eden.
The Settle to Carlisle Railway line offers visitors the opportunity to "once again" travel by steam train along one of the most scenic journeys in the UK and travels over the magnificent Ribblehead Viaduct.

Ullswater, Brougham Castle and the stone circle at Penrith which is the 2nd biggest stone circle monument
after Stonehenge are all attractions which are local to the area and of great interest.

Torbock and Shorrock can be interconnected via an adjoining door to sleep 14 + 4 people.
